Mogavero Notestine Associates commitment to sustainability has been a central tenet of the firm’s ethos since its founding: David Mogavero was already practicing ecological architecture previous to founding the firm. Michael Notestine has been following sustainable urban planing principles throughout his career, and Craig Stradley has a long history with David Mogavero in a wide range of sustainable projects, with approaches ranging from the macro site-design considerations all the way down to sustainable systems.

Located in downtown Sacramento and surrounded by myriad government and industrial land uses, this post-tensioned concrete building consists of 150 affordable residential units individuals atop a clinic space for residents and accompanied by ground floor retail.
